Job Title: Product Manager Metronome is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead delivery for a high-impact prototype OTA project supporting the Air Force's Platform One (P1). This 6-month engagement (with potential for extension) is part of a competitive flyoff between vendors. The selected Product Manager will help drive the development of our solution-Fractive-which, if successful, could transition to a long-term production OTA. This role is remote, requires a Secret clearance, and centers around modern Agile delivery, strong technical customer collaboration, and iterative R&D. As P1 will fund the R&D phase under the prototype OTA, this is a fast-paced, innovation-first opportunity to directly influence DoD software modernization. Why This Role Is Unique Prototype-to-Production Opportunity: You'll lead Fractive's product delivery through a prototype OTA flyoff, with direct implications on a future long-term contract. ResponsibilitiesLead product lifecycle for a complex, Agile software program aligned to DoD needs Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer teams to define and deliver the roadmap Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Scrum ceremonies Translate stakeholder input into user stories, features, and strategic deliverables Ensure scope, timelines, and quality targets are met across multiple workstreams Own functional requirements and end-to-end execution of the software delivery Serve as a liaison between technical teams and DoD customers, ensuring clear communication Contribute to hiring, team growth, and fostering a high-performance culture Support test events and operational handoffs as part of the PoP Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
