Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing human resources support to the HR Director and the facility, which includes recruiting, maintaining of personnel records, employee medical files, conducting with general orientation, conducting background checks and any other pre-screening of potential hires.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, preferred
• Three (3) years experience as an HR Generalist required. Health care setting preferred.
• Must be able to be attentive to detail and track multiple project at the same time.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and other software programs.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
