We are currently seeking an exceptional IT Project Manager here at Incora.

We are building a dynamic team to support the delivery of IT Roadmap and additional IT requirements for the Chemicals function.Key to this isaligning with business objectives, prioritizing strategic goals and fostering clear communication.Regular review, updates, and stakeholder engagement are crucial for achieving desired outcomes.

About You:

  • Proven experience in delivering improvement projects centered around Supply Chain and Technology upgrades.

  • High-level understanding of the Supply Chain functions such as Order- to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay

  • Problem solving and analytical skills, a can-do attitude.

  • Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean is essential. The PM should be able to drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery timelines with accountability and agility

  • Experience managing bespoke Custom Application Development software projects is critical. Familiarity with legacy modernization and ERP systems is a strong plus

  • Relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders, both internal and external.

  • Ability to interpret, translate and explain business requirements.

  • Ability to effectively work with and manage technical teams.

  • Experience with using JIRA, Smartsheets, and Microsoft stack is desirable.

  • Willingness to travel to different locations if necessary.

More About You:

  • 5+ years' experience managing projects.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience).

  • Relevant PM certifications.

Experience

  • Leverage your experience in IT to plan and oversee a broad range of multiple projects through full lifecycle (plan, design, execute, monitor and control) on time and to budget.

  • Manage multiple projects across various areas of Chemicals and sites globally.

  • Conduct detailed requirements analysis, document processes, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and cross-functionally to understand their needs and concerns. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and drive consensus.

  • Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, IT specifications, process maps, project plans and budgets. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.

  • Utilize tools such as JIRA, Smartsheets and Microsoft stack to drive project communication, actions, reporting, accounting and enterprise architecture.

  • Support change management activities, including training and communication plans, to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

  • Hands-on experience managing Agile projects-especially those involving custom-built applications. Experience overseeing DevOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, or cloud-based deployments is a plus
