- Lead Projects: Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.

Capability Requirements
- Process oriented mindset with minimum 1 year of related experience managing medium to large technology projects with experience using multiple project management methodologies; Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or combination of applicable work experience and education.
- Experience with all aspects of project management including but not limited to requirements gathering, analysis, design, planning, testing, documentation, and production implementation.
- Demonstrates strong initiative, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to determine root-causes of performances within systems and processes.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills essential for professional interactions with all levels of credit union staff under normal and adverse circumstances.
- Experience managing vendors, including demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and resolve issues strongly preferred.
- Demonstrates experience championing change and continuous improvement, ensuring products and/or services drive innovation, ease, and simplicity.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and project management software such as Planview PPM Pro, Jira, and Microsoft Project.

- Physical Demands of Position: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit, stand and walk, use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and /or carry up to 10 pounds.
- Environmental/Working Conditions: Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Travel to branches requires exposure to outdoor and traffic conditions.
