Description Essential Functions & Duties Act as the point of contact for asset acquisition inquiries Update and administer assets databases, tracking life cycle of assets Receive equipment requests and manage procurement and deployment of assets, including tracking delivery, inventory and communicating with recipients Receive, tag and distribute inventory Monitor and analyze trends in organizational purchase and inventory control; make recommendations for cost savings Monitor and reconcile changes in inventory Conduct inventory inspection to ensure security of assets in storage Other Asset Management responsibilities as needed Knowledge and skills Working knowledge of ServiceNow Knowledge of software licensing agreements Ability to categorize and track large volume of information Ability to organize and implement asset introduction or elimination Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization and with external vendors in a professional manner Skills Asset management, Ticketing system, Servicenow, Hardware, Inventory management Additional Skills & Qualifications Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain or related field ideal but not necessary 1-2 years of work related experience, preferably including asset procurement Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
