*Description*
Essential Functions & Duties *Act as the point of contact for asset acquisition inquiries *Update and administer assets databases, tracking life cycle of assets *Receive equipment requests and manage procurement and deployment of assets, including tracking delivery, inventory and communicating with recipients *Receive, tag and distribute inventory *Monitor and analyze trends in organizational purchase and inventory control; make recommendations for cost savings *Monitor and reconcile changes in inventory *Conduct inventory inspection to ensure security of assets in storage *Other Asset Management responsibilities as needed Knowledge and skills *Working knowledge of ServiceNow *Knowledge of software licensing agreements *Ability to categorize and track large volume of information *Ability to organize and implement asset introduction or elimination *Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills *Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization and with external vendors in a professional manner *Skills* Asset management, Ticketing system, Servicenow, Hardware, Inventory management *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Education/Experience *Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain or related field ideal but not necessary *1-2 years of work related experience, preferably including asset procurement *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
