Description Job DescriptionTo lead all aspects of revenue cycle operations. This role oversees billing, coding, claims, accounts receivable, and reimbursement functions across home infusion, retail, and long-term care divisions. The position requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to compliance and efficiency to support the organization's mission of delivering exceptional healthcare. Team development, train, mentor, and manage revenue cycle staff to enhance productivity and performance (will be leading a team of 3 managers) Supervise a staff of in house, contracted and temporary employees Leadership and oversight, direct billing, eligibility, claims processing, payment reconciliation, and Accounts receivable management Establish clear workflows and performance goals Ensure all operations comply with federal, state, and payer specific regulations Prepare detailed reports and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Keep up with regulatory updates and implement changes when necessary WEST: #prioritywest #westpriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $1300000.00 - $1500000.00/yr.
