"I can succeed as a Senior Manager, Global Communications at Capital Group."

As the senior Communications Business Partner to Capital's North American Client Group (NACG), you will manage a small team (two direct reports) responsible for delivering creative, engaging and compelling internal communications in support of NACG and its vision to be the Partner of Choice.

As an experienced communications practitioner, you will partner with other key enabling functions, including HR, to support the leaders of NACG as they seek to engage and empower associates and teams to deliver our Long-term Strategic Plan. You will work closely with team members in Marketing and the Executive Office supporting executive communications for NACG's most senior leaders. You will help develop an understanding of NACG's business and strategy within the group and across Capital Group. You will work closely with other Global Communications teams to ensure consistent amplification of key messages and priorities. You recognize that there couldn't be a better time to join this team, as we expand our global communications business partner support model and build our bench of talent to align, engage and inspire Capital Group's associates around the world.

As a member of the Global Communications Team at Capital you will be excited to play an integral part in planning and executing programs and campaigns that support our long-term strategy while aligning associates around business priorities.
