Mount Holly, North Carolina, USA Clariant is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth within our Industrial Applications business, with a primary focus on the Paints and Coatings market. In this high-impact role, you will lead commercial efforts, develop new business opportunities, and drive market expansion by delivering innovative, sustainable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. This position offers a high level of autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic market. Responsibilities * Lead commercial efforts for Clariant's Paints and Coatings product portfolio within North America, targeting new and existing customers in architectural, industrial, and specialty coatings markets Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or coatings-specific technical training is a plus * In-depth knowledge of coating technologies, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape across decorative, industrial, or protective segments Whats in it for you?
