OpenText Partner Account Manager - Global Coverage (Accenture)


Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Partner Account Manager to join our global team, focusing on managing Accenture across various regions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the internal workings of Accenture, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of driving growth programs Globally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with Accenture Leadership to promote Opentext's unique value proposition.
  • Leverage previous experience from working with Accenture to effectively communicate and align go-to-market messaging across Sales Teams and Business Units to reach potential and existing Accenture clients.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities, focusing on expanding our presence in key regions and industries.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Services, Product, Marketing) to ensure alignment and maximize account growth through joint initiatives and cross-functional support.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and keep abreast of industry trends to proactively position OpenText solutions as the preferred choice.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Partner Account Manager or related role, specifically within the software or technology industry.
  • Proven experience working with/for Accenture in a capacity that showcases an understanding of their operations, culture, and client base.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with global business practices and cultural nuances, with the ability to work effectively across different time zones.
