Description
V2X is seeking a Principal RF Systems Engineer to join our Engineering team in Indianapolis, IN supporting development and integration of advanced systems including situational awareness displays, mission computers, avionics, sensors, mission equipment, and radar systems. The Principal RF Systems Engineer will evaluate, analyze, integrate, maintain, and upgrade RF electronic capabilities for various air, sea, and ground platforms. The Principal RF Systems Engineer will support the Chief Engineer and Program Manager in all aspects of product area execution and customer interface. The position requires in-depth technical domain knowledge, strong communication skills, and ability to build close customer relationships. The Principal RF Systems Engineer is also responsible to provide technical and programmatic guidance throughout the entire lifecycle to a multi-domain development team, including proactively driving resolutions of issues encountered. The Principal RF Systems Engineer also provides program support throughout the development life cycle, from concept development, requirements definition, functional analysis, design review support, system implementation, integration, verification, and validation. The ideal candidate embraces modern development processes and techniques that improve product quality & team productivity.
