Job Title:Manager Location:Remote Department Name:Patient Access Services Req #:0000204786 Status:Salaried Shift:Day Pay Range: $115,000.00 - $170,000.00, Annual Pay Transparency: The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.The Compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience, Job Overview: The Patient Access Change and Integration Manager serves in a leadership role as the subject matter expert in large scale scheduling optimization projects across the RWJBH enterprise. Scope includes the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of system integrated scheduling pathways for both physician and hospital-based appointments. Leading a team of business analysts, the Change and Integration Manager will coordinate and manage the design, implementation and maintenance support of various access projects and ongoing improvements to include, Epic advanced decision tree logic, Epic CRM application and clinical message routing, physician and resource schedule templates, scheduling instructions and protocols, and other scheduler reference tools. Partners with key clinical stakeholders to identify and proactively mitigate scheduling issues or barriers to access, designs and implements solutions. Facilitates all patient access Epic related changes with IT to provide structured timelines and oversight for go-live or change management support for scheduling contact centers. Provides clear vision and goal alignment for best practice patient centric scheduling workflows. Works in a strong collaborative partnership with clinic operations, patient contact centers and IT. Coordinates interdepartmental resources, including training teams, effectively communicating change activity and assisting with developing training plans and process flows.
