Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Engineering/Construction Management, Architecture, Business or equivalent field experience Minimum 3-5 yrs. project management experience in the delivery of healthcare construction projects. Worked with regulatory agencies Working knowledge of healthcare facility construction, project scheduling and project budgeting. Preferred Qualifications: M.S. Degree - Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent MBA Experience working with the Wisconsin DHS & DQA Working knowledge of NFPA 101 (LSC), AIA minimum guidelines for healthcare construction and the international suite of building codes.
