Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Our Shipping & Receiving Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our day-to-day operations at our corporate headquarters, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment for our employees and guests.

This position is responsible for a wide range of hands-on facility support tasks-from managing incoming and outgoing shipments to assisting with office setups, maintaining supply areas, and helping coordinate internal events. It's a dynamic, active role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and a service-first mindset.

What You'll Do:

Shipping & Receiving - 60-70%

• Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages throughout the building
• Prepare and ship outgoing items via USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.
• Conduct local mail runs between Pendleton locations
• Maintain records of shipments and deliveries

Facilities Support - 30-40%

• Perform light maintenance (changing lightbulbs, minor repairs, etc.)
• Restock kitchen and office supply areas
• Assist with internal events, office moves, and general setup
• Support vendor coordination, security response, and vehicle maintenance

Skills & Experience:

• 1+ year in a facilities, shipping/receiving, or maintenance support role
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing light building repairs
• Familiar with shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
• Basic computer and email proficiency (Microsoft Outlook preferred)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
