Schedule:

• Massena Clinic: Monday-Saturday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Malone Clinic: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Typical coverage is 3 days in Massena, 2 days in Malone, with flexibility based on clinic needs

What You'll Do as a Clinic Manager:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of nurses, patient care technicians, and administrative staff
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care
• Oversee patient care standards, including infection control, HIPAA, and compliance with federal, state, OSHA, and CMS regulations
• Drive quality improvement through QAPI initiatives and active participation on the Governing Body
• Manage clinic operations including budgeting, billing, reporting, and survey readiness
• Support home dialysis and acute service programs to expand patient care options
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to strengthen clinic impact

What We're Looking For:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state where the facility is located
• BSN preferred
• Current BLS and CPR certification
• At least 12 months of nursing experience, including 6 months caring for patients with kidney failure, transplant, or dialysis treatment
• At least 3-5 years of experience in both clinical care and management of an ESRD (End-Stage Renal Disease) facility preferred
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills with accurate, timely documentation
• Proven ability to interpret and apply safety protocols, technical guidelines, and procedures
• Demonstrated effectiveness in engaging with patients, colleagues, and interdisciplinary teams

Salary Range:$97,000-$127,000 / year depending on experience and qualifications
