VP, RFP Writer / RFP Library Management Specialist

As part of our ongoing commitment to client service excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Centralized RFP team.

The RFP Library Management Specialist will be part of a high-performing team within TCW's Centralized RFP group. This team is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and completion of responses used in both Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) from both prospective and existing institutional and wealth clients. The RFP Library Management Specialist will partner closely with investment teams and global distribution channels to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant responses that accurately represent TCW's capabilities and value proposition.

Manage content management efforts by maintaining and enhancing the team's standard RFP response library using tools such as Responsive.
• Work closely with other Product Services team members to ensure that new answers are updated in the response library in an organized and timely manner.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across Fixed Income, Private Credit & ABF, Equities, Compliance, and Distribution to review, refine, and create content on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to streamline existing response and create new answers.
• Interpret and communicate TCW's investment philosophy, process, and value proposition in a clear, compelling manner.
• Contribute to team projects focused on improving processes, workflow automation, and content governance.
• As needed, draft and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with TCW's positioning.
• Manage assigned projects across multiple deadlines, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience, ideally in an asset management RFP or client service role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex investment topics clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with RFP software (e.g., Responsive) strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with institutional and intermediary distribution channels is a plus.

This role requires candidates to work from a TCW office a minimum of four days a week. Flexibility for remote work is offered on one day, depending on business needs.

Estimated Compensation:

Base Salary: For a CA based position, the base salary is $155K-180K.

Other Compensation:In addition to the base salary, this position will be eligible to be considered for an annual discretionary bonus.
