Job Objective: Provide technical support for the KWM Division for hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring smooth operation of organizational IT infrastructure. This position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computer systems and providing user support to effectively utilize technology resources. Essential Functions: Technical Support

Minimum Qualifications: Education: Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required. Bachelors preferred. Relevant experience, as determined by The Salvation Army, may be considered in lieu of the education qualification. Experience: Two years' computer support and networking Certifications/Licenses: CompTIA A+, Network+ preferred Skills/Abilities:
Supervisory Responsibility: None Physical Requirements: Include speaking, hearing and vision ability; manual dexterity; lifting, pulling and pushing materials up to 50 pounds; bending, squatting, crawling, walking and climbing ladders; sitting for extended periods of time; standing for extended periods of time. Travel: None Driving: Driving is required; must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside.
