This leadership role is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and supervision of multiple Program Services, including Basic Needs, Food Services, Pathway of Hope, Seasonal Programs, and Front Office operations. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the position plays a key role in strategic planning, staff development, program evaluation, budget management, and community engagement. The role ensures all programs align with The Salvation Army's mission and comply with organizational standards and policies. Th is full time position has a starting pay rate of at least $70,000/year. The position offers a generous benefits package that includes excellent health, dental, vision, and hearing insurance as well as paid time off that includes 15 days of vacation per year, 12 sick days per year (6 of which can be taken like vacation days), 12 paid holidays, 2 personal days, and the ability to earn an additional 2 days of PTO through our wellness program. Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position. Education: Bachelor's degree in social services or related field. Master's degree in related field preferred.
Experience: 5-6 years of social work experience, including management experience. -OR- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Certifications: Valid Wisconsin Driver's license with approval to drive from TSA's insurance carrier. CPR/AED/First Aid/Naloxone Administration certification to be obtained within first 60 days of employment. Skills/Abilities:
