Hours & Pay

Shift: 1st shift | Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Direct hire

What You'll Do as a Material Handler

• Transport materials from receiving areas to storage or designated production areas.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other material handling equipment.
• Deliver parts to assembly cells, monitor stock levels, and report low inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and enter results in ERP systems.
• Handle high-value, fragile, or hazardous materials (such as chemicals or gases) with care.
• Keep work areas clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with on-the-job training and provide problem-solving support to team members.
• Accurately count, weigh, and measure incoming/outgoing shipments against invoices or records.
• Lift up to 35 pounds, with occasional pushing, stooping, and bending.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• High school diploma or GED required; technical associate's degree preferred.
• 3-6 years of relevant materials handling or warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints and operate mechanical/electrical assembly equipment.
• Strong communication skills in English and/or Spanish.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and lifts/hoists.
• Team-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and follow instructions.
