BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

The Senior Human Resources Manager will report directly to the Senior Director, Human Resources and will be responsible for providing tactical, strategic, and analytical partnership on a wide range of initiatives to support their assigned client group.

• Consulting with business leaders and employees, leveraging data to provide guidance and solutions to issues.
• Partnering with respective client groups to understand the business challenges, support talent recruitment and drive initiatives to reach business goals and objectives.
• Collaborating/communicating with broader HR team members and key stakeholders to prioritize strategic initiatives, create new, and improve existing processes.
• Overseeing all aspects of employee relations; ensure Company policies are administered fairly and consistently.
• Training and coaching people leaders on performance management, annual processes, career development while providing other necessary leadership tools.
• Using knowledge of employee benefit programs to communicate and oversee annual enrollment.

The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of following, implementing, and overseeing human resources related initiatives in the areas of recruitment, employment, and employee relations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

• Experience:
  
  • 7+ years of Human Resources experience
  • 3+ years in a management role
  • HR Business Partner/Generalist experience
• Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Skills:
  • Strong PC skills - expert in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate ideas and thoughts in written presentations.
  • Skilled in data analysis to support HR and/or business to make informed decisions.
• Abilities:
  
  • Ability to deal with issues and subject matter in ways that requires considerable sensitivity, discretion, and judgment.
  • Capable of building strong relationships with peers, business partners and other stakeholders.
• Travel Ability:
  
  • Limited travel
• Hybrid Schedule:
  • Four days in-office weekly

• Education:
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field
