Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our InPower division in Houston, TX. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery while managing project financials and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical distribution and control project management with strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee, coordinate, and monitor technical projects from start to finish
  • Ensure timely and successful project delivery while managing financials and quality
  • Work directly with customers and coordinate across various internal departments
  • Lead project kickoff meetings and stakeholder communications
  • Compile approval drawings and maintenance manuals
  • Manage project timelines with a proactive approach
  • Plan and execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) inspections
  • Ensure vendor and logistics alignment with contractual and delivery requirements
  • Train and support staff in developing project management competencies
  • Handle expediting and inspection tasks as needed
Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data center project management
  • Experience with Bluebeam Studio
  • Familiarity with water, renewables, data center, and oil & gas market sectors
  • Willingness to mentor and develop team members
