Introduction to the job As the EUV Factory Inventory Specialist, you will focus on monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels of materials within the San Diego EUV Factory. This role includes ensuring adherence to SOX compliance as well as analyzing processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Role and responsibilities
- Oversight of main database (SAP) operations to ensure accurate record keeping and reporting
- Management of EUV cycle count program and SOX compliance requirements
- Act as the SF internal liaison between internal audit team, external audit team, and the business to ensure results and tests are done in accordance with SOX requirements
- Ensure changes to inventory infrastructure are compliant with SOX policies
- Analyze and provide RCAs of inventory differences and adjustments while also driving necessary process improvements
- Lead and conduct full physical inventory audits as needed to validate inventory control
- Provide inventory control training and develop respective documents as needed
- Analyze current inventory control processes and identify opportunities for improvement within the factory
- Identify potential risks to inventory control and develop mitigation strategies to address them
- Collaborate with various departments to troubleshoot errors and establish business processes
- Implement and manage KPIs to drive performance
- Lead EWM inventory dashboard monitoring and resolution
- Support projects as needed
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a Supply Chain Management or Business-Related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in supply chain management
- Ability to analyze and streamline processes
- Ability to train others and be trained on new processes, etc.
- Cross functional experience in a large organization, multi-national, fast paced industry.
- Strong knowledge of MRP Database (SAP a plus)
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office
- CPIM certification a plus

Role within the Factory Responsibilities
- Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves for entire duration of shift.

- The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Can we be more specific: Must be willing to lift up to 20 pounds, pull 20 pounds at least once a day and spend the majority of time (greater than 90% less break time) on the floor working on tool sets, walking three to five miles a day, and/or standing/sitting for nine hours.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently: $94,125-156,875
Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
