About Us: The people of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) are united by a singular mission: ending cancer for life. Informed by basic research done at our Sloan Kettering Institute, scientists across MSK collaborate to conduct innovative translational and clinical research that is driving a revolution in our understanding of cancer as a disease and improving the ability to prevent, diagnose, and treat it. MSK is dedicated to training the next generation of scientists and clinicians, who go on to pursueour missionat MSK and around the globe. Role Overview: As a Guest Service Volunteer your primary role is to guide patients and visitors throughout the hospital. You'll help individuals navigate to specific departments, answer questions about hospital services, and assist with any needs that may arise during their visit. You will be a key resource in ensuring patients have a smooth and positive experience while assisting in the hospital. Be sure to review the assignment description and scheduling needs below carefully. Shifts available Monday - Friday and are as follows: 9AM - 12 PM.
