  • Serve as a primary client-facing product lead, gathering feedback, supporting implementations, and aligning roadmap priorities with payer needs
  • Conduct deep research, analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
  • Translate customer insights and operational data into actionable product requirements and value-driven releases
  • Champion agile best practices to ensure velocity, clarity, and accountability across the product development lifecycle

  • 5+ years of product management / ownership experience (ideally in healthcare software)
  • Ability to work in fast paced, high stakes customer environments
  • 3+ years SQL

  • Strong understanding of Agile practices

What we would like to see

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, a solid technical understanding of insurance data and systems, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. A strategic, client-focused mindset and proven experience driving product delivery in complex environments will make you successful in this role.
