Digital Communications Intern/Co-Op

We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Communications Co-Op or Intern to join our team and support our digital marketing and communications efforts in our Cincinnati, Ohio global headquarters. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about digital marketing and communications and is eager to learn and gain experience in both fields.

Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing and communications campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and digital content creation.
• Help develop and curate content for our social media channels and blog.
• Assist in the creation of email campaigns, including drafting copy, designing graphics, and building email templates using marketing automation (HubSpot).
• Help shoot and produce product and corporate photos, videos and animated graphics.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our digital marketing and communications campaigns and website traffic and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as design and development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital channels.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and communications.

Minimum Education or Equivalent Experience Required/Preferred

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communication Design, Digital Communications, Media Production, Digital Media, or a related field
• Competencies Required or preferred
• Self-starter and able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Experience and proven competence in Adobe Creative Suite of Applications, including Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Experience with social media platforms
• Familiarity with website content management systems (WordPress and SharePoint) and email marketing platforms (HubSpot) is a plus.
• A positive attitude and collaboration are required.
