The Regional Admin Coordinator (RAC) is responsible for assisting the Director of Clinical Capacity and Utilization, Regional Operations Manager (ROM) & Regional Clinic Managers (RCM), in ensuring the offices in the region provide a quality patient journey experience for all of its patients and that all back-office documentation is being done efficiently and accurately. The main function is to support the employees with day-to-day office activities and act as liaison between the ROM, RCM and staff. Key functions of this position include reporting, time management and daily communication with offices in the region. This position will be located at a clinic and also work as a Patient Service Coordinator (PSC).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Proficient in all administrative responsibilities
  • Aligned with our Clinical Imperative and Clinic Standards
  • Culture Champion
  • Support regional leadership team
  • Establish themselves as first line of support for admin team
  • Timely completion of all Compliance Trainings/Continuing Education
  • Coaching admin team on our clinical standards and providing support to achieve their certifications (on-site or remotely as needed)
  • Timely response to email and Teams messages
  • Pipelining information (and follow up with action/results)
  • Clinic coverage as needed (in person and/or remotely)
  • Support admin team onboarding and development (in person and/or remote)
  • Monitor Exception Reports Daily and follow up as appropriate
  • Monitor Podium to ensure timely response and follow up as appropriate
  • Lead PSC Huddles as needed
  • Attend and participate in Regional Leadership Huddles
  • Provide event support
  • Coordinate and review regional report submissions (deposits, inventory, aging, )
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned



JOB REQUIREMENTS



  • High School or higher
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience or one year of office management experience
    Knowledge / Technical Requirements (List programs, technologies, knowledge required to perform essential job responsibilities)
  • Able to develop knowledge of software systems including: Excel, Word, and Retail point of sale operating system
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to organize and execute Audibel business processes
  • Good problem solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to manage all confidential information with complete discretion.



WORK CONTEXT

* Standard office conditions
* 10-20% travel is required

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual hourly rate for this position is between $18- $22 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for PSC bonus.
