The HR Coordinator supports the administration of HR processes within the HR Business Partner Center of Excellence as part of the AIT Human Resources team. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, this role provides administrative support to the HR Business Partner team and ensures teammate transactions related to transfers, promotions, offboarding, and more are seamlessly executed.

Provides administrative support for various HR processes, including transfers, promotions, market adjustment, and offboarding, including preparing and processing relevant documentation.
• Provides HRBP team with administrative support as needed for ad hoc requests (reporting, performance management, etc.).
• Monitors and responds to assigned HR cases (questions, concerns, etc.) within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery tool, escalating trends or broader issues for review and resolution.
• Supports various programs and ad hoc projects within the HR department (new hire orientation, New Leader Training, etc.).
• Assist with creating, running, and reviewing reports for data audits.
• Performs other duties as assigned

• The wage range for this position is $26.20-$36.10 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience

Education
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business or related field (Required)

Experience
* 1+ years HR support or administrative role (Required)

In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
