Description

The Recruiter supports the recruiting team and hiring managers through high-impact coordination, data upkeep, candidate sourcing through job fairs, and system hygiene activities. This role is ideal for someone who can demonstrate exceptional organization, discretion and confidentiality, communication excellence, proactivity and problem-solving while maintaining a high standard of service.

NOTE:

  • The full salary range for the Recruiter is $53,169.22 - $79,703.00. The anticipated hiring range is $53,169.22 - $66,418.56 annually dependent upon qualifications and experience.
  • This position will be required to be on-site five (5) days a week with the potential of one remote day after six (6) months of employment.



Duties

  • Serves as a liaison between the recruiting team and various internal departments/offices, executive level management and outside organizations demonstrating sound judgment and professionalism.
  • Serves as subject matter expert (SME); actively keeps the recruiting process moving and ensures that qualified candidates are being assessed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Acts as backup and support during absences, vacations, offsite work functions, high volume, etc. including but not limited to; recruitment and pre-employment activities.
  • Maintain and update requisitions in SuccessFactors, including candidate status, posting details, and job board integrations.
  • Maintain recruiter enablement resources (templates, email scripts, hiring best practice docs).
  • Regularly attends job fairs and builds strategic relationships/partnerships with organizations, universities, non-profits, trade schools and community organizations to grow broad and diverse pipeline of talent.
  • Build and maintain targeted candidate campaigns (email outreach templates, sourcing lists, etc.).
  • May assist in documenting SuccessFactors workflows, SOPs, and process maps for system enhancements.
  • May assist with the creating and updating of training collateral for the hiring initiatives, including manager guides, checklists, and slide decks.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 5+ years' experience of recruiting support, human resources or executive level support.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Any equivalent combination of education and work experience that satisfy the requirements of the job will be considered.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Knowledgeable in recruiting best practices.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors is highly desired.


Supplemental Information

Pre-Employment Additional Requirements:

  • Must successfully pass pre-employment testing which includes an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
  • Possession of a valid Class "R" Colorado Driver's License or the ability to obtain one within two weeks of appointment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Work is generally confined to a standard office environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The following are some of the physical demands commonly associated with this position.
  • Spends 50% of the time sitting and 50% of the time either upright or walking.
  • Occasionally lifts, carries, pulls or pushes up to 20 lbs.
  • Occasionally uses cart, dolly, or other equipment to carry in excess of 20 lbs.
  • Occasionally climbs, stoops, kneels, balances, reaches, crawls and crouches while performing office or work duties.
  • Verbal and auditory capacity enabling constant interpersonal communication through automated devices, such as telephones, radios, and similar; and in public meetings and personal interactions.
  • Constant use of eye, hand and finger coordination enabling the use of automated office machinery or equipment.
  • Visual capacity enabling constant use of computer or other work-related equipment.
Definitions:
Occasionally: Activity exists less than 1/3 of the time.
Frequently: Activity exists between 1/3 and 2/3 of the time.
Constantly: Activity exists more than 2/3 of the time.
