About The Position The Materials Management Engineer performs materials management and labor requisition activities for substation, overhead, and underground distribution projects. The position is based at the Developmental Resource Center and has primary responsibility for supporting Customer Operations, with some travel required. The position will include project support duties that may require long and/or non-stand work hours. Key responsibilities include:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university required. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred. One or more years of relevant experience preferred, particularly regarding substation, overhead, or underground project or materials management or similar. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: Proficiency in forecasting and scheduling and should be detail orientated. Must have good analytical, communication and human relations skills. Must be proficient MS office and SharePoint. *Technical career path level depends on applicant's credentials and position market pay range. Additional InformationAmeren's selection process includes a series of interviews and may include candidate testing and/or an individual aptitude or skill-based assessment. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates. Compensation Range: $69,300.00 - $168,000.00* This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant's credentials. At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
