UX Designer

• Lead the planning, design, and development of user experiences for devices, tools, and systems.
• Establish interactive conventions and assist in gathering user requirements.
• Create user experience mockups and wireframes.
• Collaborate with development teams and subject matter experts in trade-off discussions.
• Analyze toolsets and recommend design solutions.
• Apply visualization and screen design expertise to deliver effective user experiences.
• Help customers imagine and adopt innovative interactive techniques and technologies.

• Active TS/SCI clearance with FS Polygraph.
• Ten (10) years of experience in User Experience Design.
• Five (5) years of experience within the last 10 years leading UX design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, User Experience Design, or related discipline from an accredited institution. Four (4) additional years of UX design experience may substitute for a degree.
• At least three (3) years of experience with screen mock-up tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Axure) and related industry tools for visual displays and prototypes.

• Operate effectively in an agile development environment, delivering user experience feedback on a weekly basis.
• Conduct user experience research and optimization.
• Create final visual designs, storyboards, interaction flows, and interface guidelines.
• Apply user-centered design to balance user needs with product strategy requirements.
• Work with Product Owners to rapidly prototype and iterate on multiple design solutions.
• Review final implementation with developers to ensure adherence to design standards.
• Collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide constructive feedback and design guidance.
• Lead design throughout the project lifecycle: interviewing customers, capturing requirements, creating prototypes, presenting solutions, and clarifying issues.
• Manage diverse engineering teams conducting UX research and optimization.
