The Institute for Human Development (IHD), a University Center on Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD) is an applied research and training center for human services designed to exemplify the University's goals of engaged scholarship and community partnerships. Its functions include interdisciplinary training, applied research, community program development and information dissemination. The Early Childhood Innovation Center works on improving the field of early childhood education throughout a unified state-wide implementation of quality improvement initiatives. The ECIC envisions a world where young children and their families flourish in all aspects of development through supportive communities. Job Description
Early Childhood Team Lead will supervise a team of Early Childhood Quality Specialists (ECQS), who will assess and coach early childhood administrators and/or educators for the quality initiatives teams. The Team Lead will monitor and support the ECQS to ensure fidelity and reliability to assessment protocols, the Practice-Based Coaching model, and monitor activities relevant to the project. Team Leads also serve as project leadership for the quality initiatives projects and provide significant input and collaboration in service delivery methods. Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
Anticipated salary range starting at $68,000 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. Application Deadline
