The Director of Tax will be responsible for the Company's tax projects which include, but are not limited to, tax compliance, tax provision, domestic indirect taxes, tax incentives and credits, global VAT/GST, M&A tax due diligence and accounting while being an integral part of the Accounting and Finance team. This person will be hands-on for all topics related to tax and will coordinate with the Company's outside tax firms on various projects. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: review of the quarterly and annual tax provisions and necessary disclosures for SEC reporting, compliance with state and local tax filings; compliance with global VAT/GST filings; identification and implementation of any VAT strategies; management of any M&A tax projects. This position will work closely with other members of the Finance and Accounting teams including SEC reporting, GL, FP&A, and other members of management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The base pay range for this positionis $181,500 - $258,000 annually. The base pay range may take into account the candidate's geographic region, which will adjust the pay depending on the specific work location. The base pay offered will take into account the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity, among other factors.
