 Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches across LATAM marketsConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify positioning opportunitiesDefine target customer segments and create buyer personas specific to LATAM regionsPartner with sales leadership on pricing strategies and launch coordination
 Digital Campaign Management
 
 
 
 Design and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and content marketingCreate localized content strategies for diverse LATAM audiencesOptimize campaigns across mobile and desktop users and manage marketing automation platformsMonitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on ROI
 Sales Enablement
 
 
 
 Develop sales materials including pitch decks, product sheets, and case studiesCreate and deliver product training programs for regional sales teamsEstablish sales playbooks with market-specific insights and competitive intelligenceProvide ongoing sales support and analyze performance data for optimization
 What You'll Bring:
 
 
 
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field4+ years of product marketing experience, with 2+ years in Latin American marketsFluent in Portuguese (native or near-native proficiency required)Strong analytical skills with marketing analytics experience (Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce)Experience with digital marketing channels and marketing automationExcellent communication skills and ability to work across time zones

 Experience in cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, technology, or similar industriesPrevious experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationshipsMBA or advanced marketing degreeFamiliarity with LATAM business culture and regulatory environmentsStrategic thinking with tactical execution abilitiesCultural intelligence and understanding of LATAM marketsData-driven decision making and analytical skillsCross-functional collaboration and project managementAdaptability in fast-paced environmentsAble to travel 20-30% of the time
 
 The base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$162,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary displayed reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K.
