At Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. A day in the life of a Property Management Specialist involves, but is not limited to the following: * Track & maintain data regarding facility maintenance activities & deferred maintenance activities in accordance with DOE 430.1, Real Property Asset Management. * Update property management databases and update/utilize Visio drawings/floorplans for onsite facilities. * Interface with other Hanford contractors for FIMS validations and FIND updates. * Maintain a five-year maintenance forecast and update annually, ensure real property assets availability for planned use or disposition using preventive and predictive maintenance and repairs. * Provide support in the Hanford Site Condition Assessment Surveys for assigned Real Property. * Performing property management duties related to the acquisition, marking and tagging, usage, control, accountability, physical inventory, storage and disposition of material and equipment. * Understanding and placing special emphasis on the control of sensitive and high-risk property items. * Performing data entry in the property data system & have the ability to read, understand and follow numerous procedures and requirements. * Train and monitoring the performance of organizational property custodians and representatives in field organizations. * Performing compliance related tasks in accordance with Federal and contractual property management regulations. * May be cross trained to perform duties in Facility Management related functions for General-Purpose Government owned facilities and the CPCCo Fleet department. * Strong communication and computer skills. * Ability to work in various field conditions throughout the year.
Basic Qualifications
* Intermediate Grade 15: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 3 or more years of relevant experience. * Career Level Grade 16: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 5 or more years of relevant experience.
The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications
* Experience in handling of high-risk property. * Experience with applicable Federal Property Management Regulations (FMR) & Real Property Asset Management. * Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft, Excel, Sunflower, FIMS & VISIO. * Experience with processes to transfer, excess & procure property.
Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.
Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):
* Intermediate Grade 15: $78,500 - $111,650 * Career Level Grade 16: $78,500 - $122,550
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
