Modeling and Simulation Engineer, Senior

The Opportunity:

Are you looking to join a dynamic team supporting the U.S. Air Force as a Modeling and Simulation Engineer, where you'll help shape the future of operational readiness and training? Are you energized by the process of transforming real-world problems into technical frameworks and inventive solutions? In this role, you'll develop and integrate advanced modeling architectures, ensuring interoperability across simulation platforms and mission-critical systems. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing training, analysis, and decision-making capabilities across the Air Force enterprise.

As a Modeling and Simulation Engineer, you will design and implement advanced models to evaluate system performance and support strategic decision-making. You'll play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of the U.S. Air Force by identifying system features and tactical approaches that enhance survivability and operational effectiveness within simulated environments. Your analytical work will support the acquisition community in making smarter, data-driven investment choices for next-generation warfare technologies. Along the way, you'll sharpen your abilities in critical thinking, data analysis, and operational assessment, while gaining hands-on experience in modeling and simulation (M&S) of combat operations.

Join us. The world can't wait.
