Essential Job Duties |
Eastern 4-H Center is looking to hire a part-time Retreats and Rentals Coordinator. It's our mission to provide year-round training and education that promotes lifelong learning through outdoor education and recreation programs for all. This position will help manage all of our retreats and rental groups during the year along with our marketing efforts through social media.
- Management of reservation and contract process with all rental and retreat groups.
- Responsible for securing lodging/room layouts, dietary needs, and program waiver forms from user groups.
- Provide on-site guest services by preparing event signage, guest keys, and other services requested by the user group.
- Meet with potential user groups and facilitate tours as requested.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for all user groups during the non-summer camp season.
- Assist in the cleaning of facilities and equipment as necessary.
- Work with Food Service and Maintenance supervisors to provide facility and support needs of user groups.
- Work with the Program Director when user groups have requested on-site programming needs.
- Maintain the Center's social media accounts year round.
- Capturing and developing year round items for marketing pieces through photographs, brochures, etc.
- Provide support to the Center Advisory Board and committees related to program areas under his/her leadership.
A Private room is available in the staff house and meals are provided when groups are on the property, if needed
Schedule: Typically work hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. With some evenings and weekends, when required. |

Minimum Experience/Education |
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in the areas of Education, Recreation or Counseling, other similar field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
