Hospital Center for our Winter 2025 Student Nurse Extern Cohort!

The Nurse Extern Winter 2025 Cohort will begin on December 15, 2025 and
conclude on January 9, 2026. There will be a mandatory skills day on Saturday, December 20, 2025
(attendance is required on this day). You will be working 36 to 40 hours per week with shift and weekend rotation. After successful completion of the
cohort, you will have the opportunity to remain on staff, in a flexible
position, leading up to graduation.

or school conflicts, from 12/20 through 1/9).

Qualifications for
position:

Education:
Current enrollment in an accredited Nursing program and in good standing.
Must have completed junior year of nursing
school and currently be in final year of nursing program.
Must have successfully completed a Fundamentals of Nursing course.

Experience:
None

Certification/Registration/Licensure:
Current Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association or
American Red Cross) required.
