FACILITIES DEPUTY DIRECTOR
Under the general supervision of the Executive Director of Facilities Management, the Facilities Deputy Director provides support and assistance to the Executive Director of Facilities Management for the operations for Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) facilities. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA'S)
REQUIRED EDUCATION: A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized college or university in Public Administration, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field and or an accredited Facility or Project Management Certification REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Ten (10) years of Facilities Operations Experience AND Ten (10) years of Commercial Construction Project Management Experience REQUIRED LICENSE(S). A valid State of Michigan Driver's License with a safe and acceptable driving record. WORKING CONDITIONS: Physical Demands This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift or move items over 25 pounds. Travel within Wayne County and the surrounding counties is expected for this position.
