The Commercial Product Infrastructure (CPI) team is an exciting and fast-evolving finance team at the forefront of Microsoft's cloud-first strategy. The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team's charter is to build out and operate Microsoft's cloud infrastructure while driving down unit cost of capacity, ensuring cloud services achieve gross margin growth and share expansion. As a crucial member of the team you'll provide financial leadership supporting long-term, strategic GPU and Commercial Cloud initiatives across our worldwide fleet.
ResponsibilitiesPeople management: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth. Business partnership: Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across engineering, operations, finance, and supply chain to influence strategic decisions and ensure alignment on GPU infrastructure investments. End-to-end ownership: Oversee the entire CapEx lifecycle for GPU racks and components, from planning and forecasting to execution and performance tracking. Strategic insight: Connect data and operational details across functions to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, enabling proactive and informed decision-making. Financial stewardship: Ensure the efficient allocation of capital, delivering maximum value for spend while maintaining rigorous financial and operational controls. Continuous improvement: Streamline processes, improve transparency, and enhance forecasting accuracy to support agility and scalability in a fast-growing environment.
