As a Technical Program Manager II in the MSD Multitenant team, you will lead cross-organizational efforts to define and deliver our Multitenant strategy. You'll partner closely with security and product engineering teams to drive alignment, ensure technical rigor, and deliver key initiatives that shape the future of our platform. Flexible work options are available, and this role supports partial work-from-home arrangements. This position is based at the Redmond campus, with 3 days per week work on-site and 2 days per week work from home. Relocation support is available. ResponsibilitiesYou will work with Software Engineering to design technical solutions. You'll also identify risks and propose data-based mitigations. You'll define success criteria as you collaborate with others to implement features for cross-functional projects. You'll coordinate and ensure alignment across teams. With minimal supervision, you will help deliver on roadmap for feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation, and stay updated with governance programs.You will drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and partnering with other departments to collect performance metrics. You'll also contribute to internal user support and participate in direct end user engagements. |
