The Program Manager, Center of Excellence Audit, position is within the Governance and Risk Solutions (GRS) team in Audit, Risk and Compliance (ARC). The core responsibility is to support ARC's functions by owning, driving, and improving programs and processes. This role will be responsible for having effective program management for processes across all the pillars of ARC. You will lead with data, foster cross-functional collaboration, and deliver operational excellence across ARC processes. ARC's mission is to provide independent and objective audit, investigative, and advisory services aimed at providing assurance to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Board of Directors that the company is appropriately identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating it's risk. ResponsibilitiesDrive operational excellence by designing, implementing, and executing robust processes, including: Data hygiene of systems used by ARC Management of Internal Audit issue closure Tools usage, support, and training Process documentation, inventory of assets (e.g., document repositories, dashboards, sites) Ensuring compliant processes (e.g., security, privacy, accessibility) Principled approach for document retention Support ARC's transformational journey by ensuring key processes are aligned with evolving business needs. Drive all steps of program management, including evaluation and improvement, excellence and execution, landing and communication, and planning and design. Demonstrate understanding of mapping or how systems work and impact one another and collaborate with other teams to ensure program processes are rigorous. Use of artificial intelligence and automation for optimization of processes. | |
