2026 Process Development Rotation Program (2 years)
Department Summary This role is a valuable part of Pharmaceutical Technical Development (PTD), dedicated to advancing Genentech's protein pharmaceutical pipeline from discovery to commercialization. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to engage in innovative process development, formulation, and analytical method optimization while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. Your contributions will be crucial in delivering novel medicines that meet the critical needs of patients. The Opportunity Process Development Rotation Program (PDRP) offers associates the opportunity to experience four diverse six-month assignments over the course of two years within various areas of the process development organization (see more here). Who You Are Required Education Recent graduates (graduated in 2024 or later) with a B.S., B.A. or M.S. program. Required Disciplines Chemical and biochemical engineering, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, biomedical engineering, bioengineering, microbiology, biology, or related. Preferred Experience
The expected hourly rate for this position based on the primary location of California is $44.72. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
