Description

The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a Multimedia Production/Graphics Specialist at our Leidos Headquarters in Reston, VA.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This Multimedia Production/Graphics Specialist will support our Leidos Demonstration Center, a dynamic environment, where advanced technologies, solutions, and customer experiences are showcased. This role combines creativity and technical expertise to develop impactful multimedia content-ranging from live event production and digital graphics to interactive visualizations-that elevates customer engagement and storytelling. The ideal candidate has experience in multimedia design and production, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can translate complex technical concepts into visually compelling and accessible content.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
No initial clearance is required to start; however you must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. (US Citizenship required)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Multimedia Production:

  • Plan, design, and produce high-quality multimedia assets for live demonstrations, briefings, and customer engagements.
  • Operate and manage audiovisual equipment, lighting, and media systems during events.
  • Capture and edit video and photography for promotional and documentation purposes.

*Graphics Design:

  • Create professional presentations, infographics, and motion graphics to communicate key messages.
  • Develop branded visual assets consistent with corporate and program identity standards.
  • Design and maintain digital signage, display graphics, and interactive visuals within the demonstration center.

*Event & Demo Support:

  • Support live and virtual customer demonstrations with visual media and production expertise.
  • Provide on-site technical and creative support during high-visibility events.

*Collaboration & Innovation:

  • Work closely with marketing, communications, and technical teams to develop cohesive messaging.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate new media technologies (e.g., AR/VR, 3D visualization, interactive touchscreens).
  • Maintain and update multimedia equipment, software, and production workflows.

BASIC QAULIFICATIONS:
*Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Arts, Communications, or related field and 12+ years of prior work history; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree..
*12+ years of experience in multimedia production, graphic design, or visual communications.
*Proficiency in design and production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Cut Pro/Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
*Experience with live event production, including AV equipment, lighting, and streaming technologies.
*Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia, graphics, and video production.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
*Experience in a demonstration, innovation, or customer experience center environment.
*Familiarity with 3D modeling/animation (e.g., Blender, Cinema4D, Maya).
*Knowledge of interactive media development (e.g., Unity, Unreal, TouchDesigner).
*Ability to work under tight deadlines with shifting priorities.
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
