KPMG is currently seeking a Tech Lead I, Digital Solutioning to join our Advisory Digital practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for AI adoption within DAS; collaborate with DAS leadership and AIQ to align AI initiatives with business objectives, prioritize investments, and secure resources; this includes detailed financial modeling and ROI justification
  • Independently research and analyze emerging AI technologies and market trends, identifying opportunities to fundamentally reimagine DAS offerings in Financial Due Diligence, Accounting Advisory Services, Capital Advisory, and Strategy; benchmark against leading technology firms like Google and Microsoft
  • Partner with DAS teams and AIQ to design, develop, test, and deploy innovative AI-powered solutions; this includes generating novel use cases, refining existing AI capabilities, and leading the technical aspects of project execution
  • Educate DAS practitioners on AI applications and best practices, fostering adoption; managing workshops, training materials, and ongoing support and mentorship
  • Work collaboratively with AIQ, DMT, and Advisory Digital to leverage existing platforms, adhere to data governance standards, and disseminate best practices
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in a leading technology firm such as Google, Microsoft, and more, or consulting firm with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering innovative AI projects
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance, computer science, engineering, or a related field; master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Proven ability to identify and articulate transformative AI applications for business functions; deep understanding of AI technologies, including Agents, LLMs, RPA, and machine learning
  • Strong understanding of Deal Advisory offerings such as FDD, AAS, Strategy, or Capital Advisory; proven project management experience (Agile preferred)
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to influence senior management and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of data governance and ethical considerations related to AI
