This is an on-campus position and some travel is required within our 11 county service area. Job Summary: This position is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Community and Adult Education team, including alternative programs for high school credentialing, the administration and oversight of noncredit workforce experiences for English language learners, and community education programming. The position works closely and efficiently with a variety of community and internal partners to facilitate the development, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of assigned and new programing; on the hiring, staffing, supervision, and evaluation of staff and instructors; and to ensure the sustainability of programs within the unit. This position is responsible for revenue generation including through the submission of internal and external grant applications. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 5 years experience relevant experience in Adult Basic Education.
