Executive Communications, Speechwriter Job Overview: RWJBH is seeking an exceptional and strategic Communications writer to support the office of the CEO. Working alongside the Chief of Staff to the CEO this individual will craft compelling, high-impact speeches, talking points, op-eds, presentations, and both internal and external communications that align with the CEO's voice, the organization's mission, and its strategic priorities. The individual will also help craft standard language, messaging, and talking points for key leaders throughout the system. The candidate will help develop and standardize language used by key leaders as they prepare for speeches and events. The ideal candidate will be a versatile and diplomatic communicator, deeply attuned to the healthcare landscape, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, persuasive messages for diverse audiences.
