We are currently seeking CIPP Installation Construction Superintendent to join our team in Berryville, VA. The CIPP Installation Construction Superintendent is responsible for the direct supervision and management of a crew of 5-6 employees in an assigned area. You'll supervise the operation and maintenance of equipment and evaluate work areas to determine type of work required and materials to be used. This position will recommend and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and product quality.

Starting pay will be up to $115,000 per year and will increase depending on experience.

What You'll Do:



  • Coordinate production schedules with General Superintendent or Operations Manager and report/estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment
  • Coordinate with General Superintendent and/or Operations manager regarding tools and materials needed to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules
  • Coordinate with Equipment Manager to ensure all pieces of equipment are in working order and/or have proper time for repairs
  • Facilitate internal project meetings with Superintendents, Field Engineer(s) and appropriate sub-contractors to make necessary changes and finalize the work schedule
  • Interpret and enforce company policies as applied to employees and enforce safety regulations, standard operating procedures and quality standards
  • Conduct weekly safety/toolbox meetings
  • Interpret job order requirements and instruct Foreman on how to fulfill the job orders
  • Promptly resolve any customer complaints
  • Analyze and resolve work problems that arise on the crew
  • Hold crew accountable for attendance, paperwork submission and professionalism
  • Evaluate staffing needs and schedule work two weeks in advance, notifying crew employees of schedule and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Manage crew performance and implement discipline as needed
  • Meet or exceed as-bid gross margin on jobs
  • Build bench strength on crew to cross-train and provide for succession planning


What We Need From You:



  • Class A or B CDL (Willing to obtain within 180days of hire)
  • Has experience operating tv truck, boiler truck, and jet truck (this shows during the first 90 days)
  • Have 3-5 years' experience lining as a Superintendent (large diameter is a plus)
  • Knowledge of running air compressors (generally a 375cfm and a 185cfm)
  • Must be willing to travel (with the possibility of spending weekends on road)
  • Must have computer skills (this shows during the first 90 days)
  • Must have problem solving skills (this shows during the first 90 days)
  • Must have planning skills (This shows between the first 90 days)
  • Must be self sufficient (I usually can tell during interviews)
  • Must be willing to lead by example ( I usually can tell this during interviews)
  • Having experience operating heavy equipment is a plus (fork lift, excavator)
