Production Assembly Worker

Staffmark, in partnership with AO Smith, is hiring a Production Assembly Worker. Join our team in Johnson City, TN. This is your chance to grow your career in this temp-to-hire role.

Schedule Option

• 1st Shift | 6 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM - 12 AM
• Monday - Friday
• $15.50 per hour (pay increase to $20 per hour once hired)

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Production Assembly Worker Duties

• Assembling product parts manually and using power tools to cut, drill, and attach components.
• Label products, inspect them to ensure they meet quality standards, and troubleshoot any production issues by addressing faulty parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensure equipment is in good working order, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Assist with unloading and organizing stock as needed, while consistently following safety protocols and reporting any concerns to your supervisor.
