St. Ann's Community is currently looking for a per diem consultant for our St. Ann's Management Company (SAMCI).
St. Ann's Community Offers:

Job Description:
- Configure, design, and maintain EMR forms, templates, and workflows to meet program, provider, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement billing procedure configurations within the EMR to ensure accurate coding, charge capture, and payer compliance.
- Set up and customize program-specific modules, documentation tools, and reporting functions in alignment with organizational needs.
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and billing teams to identify workflow gaps and optimize EMR functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve EMR-related configuration issues to minimize disruptions in service delivery and billing.
- Maintain documentation of system builds, configurations, and updates for reference and audit purposes.
- Assist in system testing, upgrades, and rollouts to ensure accuracy, usability, and compliance.
- Train staff on newly developed forms, templates, and processes to support adoption and effective use of the EMR system.
- Monitor EMR performance and proactively recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across departments.
- Ensure configurations align with HIPAA, federal, state, and payer regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in health information management or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with EMR/EHR
- Knowledge of medical billing procedures, coding standards, payer requirements and compliance.
