What to Expect
We are hiring a skilled Storage & R&D Warehouse Coordinator to oversee our storage warehouse and support our Research & Development site operations. This role focuses on efficient space management for parts, equipment, and long-term deep storage, while also providing day-to-day logistical and workspace support to R&D teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with material handling, warehouse operations, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring safe, organized, and efficient storage while directly supporting project needs.
What You'll Do
Storage & Space Management
- Manage warehouse and organize deep storage areas, ensuring efficient use of space and clear tracking of stored assets
- Partner with R&D teams to allocate space, support workspace setup, and assist with office moves or project staging
- Provide reporting on space utilization and help optimize layout for efficiency
Material Handling & Operations
- Move materials to/from designated areas using forklifts and/or other powered equipment (MHE)
- Prepare incoming and outgoing materials through scanning, labeling, packaging, and staging
- Complete required documentation such as Inter-company Bills of Lading and shipping/receiving logs
- Use warehouse systems to input and retrieve data related to inventory, storage, and parts movement
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse coordination, storage management, material handling, or facilities support
- Ability to frequently bend, lift, push, and pull items of varying size and weight (up to 50 lbs. frequently, up to 75 lbs. occasionally)
- Forklift and powered material handling equipment (MHE) experience required; certification and periodic re-certification will be provided
- Valid driver's license required
- User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Prior experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or facilities/R&D support environment preferred
- May require overtime or weekend shifts depending on project timelines

Expected Compensation
$18.18 - $37.37/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
