We are seeking a hands-on Thread Roll / Fillet Roll Supervisor to support our aerospace manufacturing operations by creating the reliability, safety, and efficiency of facility systems and equipment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the shop floor, solving problems in real time, and driving continuous improvement through close collaboration with production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shop Floor Engagement: Spend ~80% of time on the shop floor working directly with machine operators, production supervisors, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment and infrastructure issues.
  • Safety & Risk Management: Ensure the safety of team members by proactively identifying facility-related risks and working closely with production and EHS teams to resolve issues.
  • Lead Production Operations: Oversee daily Thread Roll and Fillet Roll operations, ensuring setups, machine runs, and throughput meet aerospace quality and delivery requirements.
  • Manage Setups & Troubleshooting: Direct and support complex setups, quickly resolve machine or operator issues, and maintain consistent production flow.
  • Ensure Quality & Safety: Enforce compliance with aerospace quality standards, monitor part inspection accuracy, and champion a culture of safety across the department.
  • Train & Develop Operators: Mentor and coach operators at all levels, providing guidance on technical skills, setup proficiency, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, planning, and quality teams to address systemic issues and drive alignment between production goals and quality standards.
  • Optimize Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce scrap, minimize downtime, and increase machine utilization.
  • Performance Leadership: Set clear expectations, monitor operator performance, and hold team members accountable for meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $95,000 to $105,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
